11.8.1. 激光测量系统
轮胎式集装箱龙门起重机的每个角都配备激光测量系统(共4套)。
激光测量系统(LMS)通过测量激光光线脉冲的飞行时间来工作:发射一道脉冲激光光束,当其碰到某一物体时,光束反射。反射由扫描仪接收器显示。脉冲发射与反射的间隔时间与扫描仪与物体之间的距离(飞行时间)直接相关比例。
脉冲激光光束通过一面内部旋转镜改变方向,从而实现对周围区域(激光雷达)的扇形扫描。从收到的脉冲的顺序,可确定目标物体的轮廓。可实时获得测量数据,以通过串行接口,进行进一步分析。
室外使用时,扫描仪内的自动尘雾修正功能开启。通过像素导向分析,可排除雨点或雪花。
激光扫描区域
当起重机行向报警区域内的某一可能性障碍时:
- 屏幕上出现警告
- 司机室内的报警器将开始有规律地、间隔地发出声音
- 大车声音报警将自动开启
- 如果窗玻璃变脏,屏幕上也将出现警告

11.9. 日常保养与检查
在每工班开始时,请进行下列检查:
立即向检修负责人报告所有发生的故障或设备损坏。
目视检查
1. 检查所有的盖子与门是否准确关闭与开启。
2. 检查起升卷筒与小车锁紧装置是否开启,止轮楔块是否撤离,防风系缆是否解开。
3. 检查轮胎与车轮状态。同时,检查轮胎气压。(注意由于传动载荷,驱动轮的气压较高。)

4. 检查起重机的油、燃料与冷却剂是否有泄露。
5. 检查发动机的冷却剂液位、冷却系统与散热器。

6. 检查发动机的油位与压力。
7. 检查滤清器、水分离器、排气连接与涡轮充电器与传动皮带。
在发动机仍热时,请勿打开散热器盖子!由于散热器里的高温、高压蒸汽可能会造成人身伤害。
8. 检查起升装置,尤其是起升装置与防摇钢丝绳的状况。钢丝绳状况的每一个明显变化都必须立即报告。
9. 检查防撞装置的状态与运行。

11.10. 注意事项:
11.9.7. Laser Measurement Systems
Each corner of RTG is equipped with Laser Measurement Systems (4 pcs total).
The LMS system operates by measuring the time of flight of laser light pulses: a pulsed laser
beamisemitted and reflected if it meetsan object. The reflection isregisteredbythescanner’s
receiver. The time between transmission and reception of the impulse is directly proportional
to the distance between the scanner and the object (time of flight).
The pulsed laser beam is deflected by an internal rotating mirror so that a fan--shaped scan
is made of the surrounding area (laser radar). The contour of the target object is determined
from the sequence of impulses received. The measurement data is available in real time for
further evaluation via a serial interface.
Automatic fog correction is active in the scanner for outdoor use. Raindrops and snowflakes
are cut out using pixel--oriented evaluation.
Laser Scanner Areas
When the machine is moving towards a possible obstacle in the warning area:
--a warning appears on screen
--the buzzer will start making a sound at regular intervals in the cabin
--gantry sound alarms will be automatically switched on
--if the window glass gets dirty, an alarm will be given also on screen

11.10. Daily maintenance and checks
Perform the following inspections and checks at the start of each working shift.
Report all occured faults or damages equipment to the person in
charge of the repairs immediately
Visual inspections
1. Check that all covers and doors are properly closed and locked.
2. Check that hoist drum and trolley locking devices are opened, wheel chock are
removed and tie--down ropes are disconnected.
3. Check condition of tyres and wheel mountings. Also check tyre pressures. (Note
higher pressure in tractive wheels, due to the weight of transmission.)

4. Check the crane for oil, fuel and coolant leaks.
5. Check coolant level, coolant system and radiator of engine.

Do not open radiator cap, when engine is hot! Possibility of injury due to
the hot, pressurized steam in the radiator.
8. Check hoist application, especially condition of hoist and anti--sway ropes.
Every notable change in the condition of the rope must be reported without
delay
9. Check condition and operation of anti--collision devices.
