Application Scope 本产品主要用于冶金、化肥、焦化、城市煤气、碳素、油页岩、电力、建材、陶瓷等行业的气体净化,用以回收煤气、焦炉气中的焦油,同时去除其中的粉尘、水雾等杂质。达到物料回收和气体净化双重效果,对保证工艺流程中后工段设备的正常稳定运行起着至关重要的作用。 This product is mainly used for gas purification in industries, including metallurgy, fertilizer, coking, city gas, carbon, oil shale, electric power, building materials, ceramics and other industries, which may be used to recover tar in gas and coke oven gas, remove dust, water mist and other impurities as well. Structural Composition 本产品由高压恒流电源和捕焦本体(机械塔体)两大部分组成,前者选用CS-Ⅲ-PLC型单相LC恒流源静电沉积用高压恒流电源;后者结构上可选用FD蜂窝式、SJD湿管式、TD套筒式(同心圆式)或GD管是。四种结构的本体均主要由筒体和放电极(电晕极)以及吸捕极(沉淀极)组成。 This product consists of two parts: high voltage constant current power supply and coke catching body (mechanical tower body). Working Principle 高压恒流电源产生的负高压,接入电晕极(阴极),它与沉淀极(阳极)之间产生电场,电场强度超过一定极限后在阴阳两极间即产生电晕放电。此时流经电场区的气体发生电离,产生大量的离子和电子。周围可听见强烈的电磁蜂声,光线暗时可见紫兰色电晕。通过电场的煤气中的焦油、粉尘、水雾等粒子与离子或电子结合而荷电,在电场力的作用下向两极运动。 The negative high voltage generated by the high-voltage constant-current power supply is connected to the corona polar (cathode), and an electric field is generated between it and the precipitation polar (anode). At this time, the power provided by the power supply increases sharply than during normal operation, and the flashover or short-circuit energy is very large, which easily causes the power supply itself or the corona wire to malfunction. 电晕功率 实线:恒源流供电特性 虚线:可控硅供电特性 从以上原理分析及放电特性图可知: 1、抑制电晕闭塞、阴极线肥大 设备在粉尘浓度增大时,会阻碍带电粒子的迁移,从而形成电晕“闭塞”。而恒源流在粉尘浓度增大时,输出电压会自动升高,可以有效的克服电晕“闭塞”,同时极板、极丝不易积灰,有效抑制阴极线肥大的发生。 2、恒源流火花放电功率远小于正常运行功率,对电除尘器机械缺陷不敏感,故可以将运行功率提至极限状态运行。 3、与恒源流负反馈放电特性相反,可控硅电源放电呈正馈特性,极易发展为火花放电,火花放电功率远大于正常运行功率,故而发生火花放电的频率高,能极大。为确保设备安全,只能在低电晕功率水平运行。 4、恒源流输入输出均为正弦波,输入阻抗呈阻性。经数学推导可得知U1与I1同相,因而功率因数较高。我公司企业标准COSΨ≥0.95接近1。而电压源的功率因数行业标准为COSΨ≥0.8,同样的设备如消耗的有功功率相同,则视在功率电压源要大的多。恒流电源节电效果明显。 六、CS-Ⅲ-PLC型单相LC恒流源主要特点 1.单相恒流高压电源柜采用西门子S7-200Smart系列PLC控制,有本柜和远程两种操作方式。电源的运行参数和指标通过PLC与DCS或上位机通讯,实现远程监控和启停。 2.、单相恒流高压电源柜采用西门子mart700IE,TFT触摸屏作为人机显示界面,全中文菜单操作,人机界面友好,实现实时、在线的自动显示测控; 3.采用人工智能控制,投运过程均按专家预设程序自动完成,无需人工干预,正确灵敏地在线实时监测工作状态。 4.工作方式为;(1)火花监测模式(2)基础工作模式; 5.通过上位机远程监控恒流源的运行状态,可实现恒流源的远程起动、停止、电压、电流、温度数据的实时监控,并能在设备出现开路、短路、过流、过压、过氧、温度超限等异常状态时远程切断电控柜电源,使用安全可靠。 6.实现对用户设备远程监控,实时了解现场的运行情况以及进行远程调试、诊断。 7.单相恒流高压电源柜源采用以太网通讯接口,可将电源柜与湿式电除尘DCS控制系统互连,通讯快速,实现远程操作,数据共享。 8.完善的保护功能当设备使用出现异常时,系统自动检测故障,发出声光报警并显示报警信息。当各绝缘箱的温度超过上下限定值时,发出报
