槽型埋件和平板埋件处理方式-中英对照

本工程土建埋件主要由两种形式,一种为槽型埋件,一种为平板埋件,埋件形式的不同处理的方式也不同,其中槽型埋件的后补埋件形式为组合式埋件,即在平板上焊有槽型埋件,该组件在工厂内加工焊接好,并做好防腐处理。槽型埋件与钢板焊接时,采取分段焊接方式,目的是防止变形,达到受力合理,并获取最高强度。这种组件同槽型埋件具有同样的优点。平板埋件的形式为锚栓固定镀锌钢板的方式。无论槽型埋件的后补埋件,还是平板埋件的后补埋件安装方式在梁的部位的安装采用穿透螺栓和化学锚栓并用的方式,上支点埋件有两个机制双头螺栓,梁底背板,外侧为两支化学锚栓。对于下支点,因其只起辅助支承作用,故只采用两支双头螺栓穿透背板固定即可满足要求。对于死墙部位,我们采取化学锚栓进行补埋。化学螺栓打孔位置要精确,孔径和孔深要严格按照设计要求进行控制,以保证锚栓正常性能的发挥。螺母一定要旋紧,不得松动,旋紧后要进行点焊,并防腐处理。使用化学锚栓时,一定要严格按照使用说明书的要求进行操作,一要控制孔深,不能过深,二是要除净孔内的粉灰,三是化学药剂固化后方可受力承载。在死墙部位,特别要注意的是,打孔一定要避开混凝土中的主筋,以防削减主体结构的强度。

4.3.5补板时不允许悬空连接,检查埋件下方混凝土是否填充充实,如有空洞现象应上报总包及监理公司。
4.3.6后补埋件应做作现场拉拔力测试,后补埋件安装完毕后必须进行防腐处理,涂刷防锈漆两遍。
4.3.7焊工为特殊工种,需经专业安全技术学习和训练,考试合格后,获得“特殊工种操作正”后,方可独立工作。
4.3.8后补埋件埋设时应严格遵照预埋件位置图准确定位,预埋件定位的一般精度要求为:
