插入被测试的雌耦合接头或之前已去油的雄接头,速度为50+2.5 毫米/分钟,直至停止。
备注:雄耦合接头应保持雌耦合接头同轴向,在无侧负载或无晃动的情况下插入。固定系统必须被激活。

   通过使用测力计测量结合力。最大结合力应符合下表中列出的要求:

     如果是圆柱雄头连接器,应用8Nm连接轴的扭转扭矩。如果是客观的雄连器,扭转扭矩根据使用情况而改变(每次都要定义)。

     检查耦合接头的完整性。
 2.9.4
     抗抽出性
     试验要求使用雄头连接器,其内径为最小公差限值,而且环直径处于最大公差限值。
 2.9.4.1
     将雄耦合接头连接至雌耦合接头上,直至其停止,且确保紧固系统是被准确勾住的。将雌耦合接头或雄耦合磁头牢牢固定至测试设备上。
 备注:雄连接器应保持与雌耦合接头相同轴向,抽取应在无侧负载或晃动的情况下执行。

Connect the female coupling to the male holder making sure that the same equipment is anchored
correctly (as per Figure 7).

Apply the load radially to pipe (perpendicularly to the female spout) according to indications of the

Assemble an on/off tap between the tank and the test piece being tested.

2.9.2
Connection and disconnection force
The use of male components having an inside diameter at the min. limit of tolerance and a ring
diameter at max. limit of tolerance is required for this test.

Use test pieces complying with the supply status, without any further lubrication.
2.9.2.2
To carry out the connecting test, do the following:
2.9.2.2.1
The test shall be carried out at ambient temperature (23 ± 2°C). Fasten firmly the male or the female
coupling to the test equipment.
2.9.2.2.2
Insert the female coupling being tested or the previously degreased male at 50 ± 2.5 mm/min speed
until it stops.
Note: the male coupling shall be kept axial with the female coupling, the insertion shall be carried out
without side loads or shakings, the fastening system shall be active.
2.9.2.2.3
By means of dynamometer measure the connecting force. The max. force shall be within requirements
listed in the following table:

To carry out the disconnecting test, do the following:
2.9.2.3.1
The test shall be carried out at ambient temperature (23 ± 2°C). Inhibit  the fastening system and
activate the dynamometer at 50  ± 2.5 mm/min speed.
Note: disconnection shall be carried out without side load and shakings.
2.9.2.3.2
By means of dynamometer, measure the disconnecting force. The max. force shall be within
requirements listed in the following table:

2.9.3
Torsional structural strength
To be carried out only on angular objectivation couplings
2.9.3.1
Use a tool reproducing the reference unions according to the interface drawing (Annex ...), which are
provided for application on vehicle.
2.9.3.2
Install correctly the fast coupling in the above mentioned equipment until it hooks completely.
2.9.3.3
In case of cylindrical male connector, apply a torsion torque with respect to the union axis of 8 Nm. In
case of objectivated male connector, the torsion  torque changes according to the application (to be
defined each time).
2.9.3.4
Check the integrity of the coupling.
 
2.9.4
Resistance to extraction
The use of male connectors having an inside diameter at the min. limit of tolerance and a ring
diameter at max. limit of tolerance is required for this test.
2.9.4.1
Connect the male onto the female coupling until it stops and make sure that the fastening system is
correctly hooked. Fasten firmly the female or the male coupling to the test equipment.
Note: the male connector shall be kept axial with the  female coupling, the extraction shall be carried
out without side loads or shakings.

The test shall be carried out at ambient temperature (23 ± 2°C). Apply a tensile load to the male or to
the female connection in the same direction as its axis at a speed of 50 ± 5 mm/min until getting the
complete separation.
2.9.4.3

Resistance to bursting
For the following tests, inside diameter and ring diameter of male couplings shall be nominal.
 
2.9.5.1
At room temperature
2.9.5.1.1
Plug the female coupling end by means of the special plug, which guarantees the test pressure
resistance.
2.9.5.1.2
Connect the female union with the special male union.
2.9.5.1.3
Connect the assembly with the high pressure hydraulic (water) line.
2.9.5.1.4
The test shall be carried out at ambient temperature (23 ± 2°C). Increase the pressure with 50 kPa/s
speed to 600 kPa and stabilize for about 1 min
2.9.5.1.5
Then increase pressure, with 50 kPa/s speed,  until the component bursts. The minimum bursting
pressure shall be of 0.25 Mpa.
 
2.9.5.2
At high temperature
2.9.5.2.1
Use the same test equipment as per para. 2.9.5.1, stabilize parts for 10 min. in tank with oil at 140 ±
2°C temperature with 100 kPa (1 bar) internal pressure and connect the assembly with the high
pressure hydraulic (oil) line.

Leave the dart (1 kg mass) drop from 150 mm height onto the point the Supplier believes to be the
most critical.
2.9.6.4
Check the integrity of the coupling.
2.9.6.5
Repeat the leak test mentioned in para. 2.9.1.1 and check the compliance with the set limits.
 
2.9.7
Resistance to crushed stone
2.9.7.1
Head on the coupling 100 mm of the provided pipe, which has a proper protection on its end.
2.9.7.2
Insert the male onto the female coupling until it stops.
2.9.7.3
If the fast coupling body is made of plastic, stabilize the assembly in a refrigerated room at –40 ± 2°C
for 2 hrs.
2.9.7.4
Carry out the gravelometric test according to standard SAE J 400 using 1.24 gal stones.
2.9.7.5
If the body is made of plastic, the test has to be carried out at –40 ± 2°C; if it is made of metal at room
temperature.
2.9.7.6
Check the integrity of the coupling.
2.9.7.7
Repeat the leak test mentioned in para. 2.9.1.1 and check the compliance with the set limits.
2.9.7.8
Carry out the connection and disconnection test on all tested samples according to para. 2.9.2
