ASTEC保温箱SCA 系列控制板描述
(1)温度按键:在选定正常、设置和控制是显示温度
(2)二氧化碳显示按键:在选定正常、设置和控制是显示二氧化碳密度
(3) Heat显示按键::在箱(室)加热时亮灯
(4)二氧化碳全部注入:在二氧化碳注入箱(室)内亮灯,当二氧化碳密度低于重新设定的二氧化碳数值时亮灯;
(5)SILENCE按键:当警报需要静音时,按下这个按钮。
(6)SET按键:使用这个按键设置/校准预先设定的数值。
(7)UP使用这个按键设置增加数值;
(8)DOWN按键:使用这个按键减少设置数值;
(9)UP按键:当箱(室)需要被消毒时,按下这个按键;(仅限于SCA-165DSf165DRS)
(10)OVER TEMP 报警:当箱(室)里温度大于预先设定数值时亮灯;
(11) CD2报警按键:当二氧化碳的密度值异常或反常时亮灯;
(12)TEMP SET按键:设置温度数值时亮灯;

ASTEC保温箱SCA 系列设定
*注*
-承受SCA保温箱的基底或桌子必须是坚固、坚实和均匀成水平。
-保证从墙壁到SCA后侧以及所有SCA旁边所有仪器之间的间隔至少有10英寸空隙,防止蓄热。
-设定SCA保温箱的地点选择尽可能选择在屋子、窗口和空调的入口处。
-保证SCA的背后为安全安装电缆和排气管留有足够的空间。
-使用一个水平测量工具,确定SCA设置定时保温箱位于水平面。如果保温箱不在一个水平面,会造成箱(室)的温度不均一。而且,它可能对细胞培养产生消极作用。
-在箱(室)安装支架、托架、墙壁和其它部分前,使用防腐剂或对氨基苯甲酸二进消毒处理。
防止污染
采用重要手段防止在保温箱箱(室)的污染不仅仅是对保温箱的内部进行消毒,同时也必须密切注意保温箱地点的选择;
*避免保温箱地点位于周围温度和湿气较高的位置,防止空中颗粒的污染
*建议将保温箱地点设定在一个干净的室内;
电源电压
-电源必须采用AC 100V;
-切记保温箱必须安全接地;
-切记电源插头始终插入在墙壁电源输出口;
小心:不得使用其它电压的电源;
小心:避免使用插接条;可能造成发热现象或火灾;
小心:保证保温箱附近留有空间至少25 cm/10英寸的空隙,方便装置周围散热;

Press this key when Chamber needs to be Sterilized. (SCA-165DSf165DRS only) Lights on when the Temperature inside the Chamber is greater than the preset value. Lights on when The density value of the C02 becomes unusual or abnormal. Lights on when the Temperature value is being set.

Set-up *NOTE*
- Pedestal or Table to put SCA incubator MUST be robust, solid and evenly leveled.
- Make sure to have at least 10 inches of Clearance from the wall to the back of SCA, and to the any instrument next to SCA in order to prevent heat accumulations.
Select the location to set up SCA incubators as much away as possible from the entrance of the room, windows and Air-conditioning.
Make sure to have enough space in the back of SCA in order that Electric cables and GAS lines must be securely installed.
- Use a Level to S A when set-up to make sure the incubator is thoroughly leveled. If the incubator is NOT leveled: the uniformity of the temperature inside the Chamber wilnot stabilized. Moreover, it would possibly give a negative effect to the cell-culturing as well.
Use antiseptic or ethanol to sterilize the Chamber, Shelves. Brackets, Walls and all other parts before install them in the Chamber.
Prevent Contamination
Important means to prevent contamination in the chmaber is not only the sterilized interiors of the incubator but the opimized location of the incubator must be paied close attention as well
*Avoid a location where ambient temperature and humidity is reletively high to prevent particulate air-borne contamination,
* It is always recommended to set-up the incubators in a clean room
Power Supply Voltage
- The power supply must be AC 100V_
- Make sure that the incubator is securely earth-grounded.
- Make sure that the power plug is pluged all the way to the wall power outlet.
Caution: Make sure to have space of at least 25 cm { 10 inches of clearance around the Incubator in order for the heat to vent out and not stay around the unit.
