塑料仪表板产品翻译-中英对照

仪表板是汽车中非常独特的部件,集安全性、功能性、舒适性与装饰性於一身。除了要求有良好的刚性及吸能性,人们对其手感、皮纹、色泽、色调的要求也愈来愈高。
仪表板按安全性可分为无气囊仪表板和附气囊仪表板(针对副驾驶)。目前国内只有少数中高档次的轿车配备气囊仪表板,随着人们对安全性的重视,客户对附气囊仪表板需求加大,主机厂也将此作为买点之一。气囊打开在保护乘客的同时,也可能伤害乘客,尤其是儿童。因此,国际上部分新车型的仪表板气囊已开始加装开关。为气囊的正常开启,在气囊上方多设计有气囊盖板,在其打开时释放气囊。但其与仪表板匹配处存在可视装接线,影响整车美观。为此,近年愈来愈多车型的仪表板设计为无缝气囊仪表板。既能保证气囊正常开启,又无可视装接线。
仪表板按舒适性可分为硬塑仪表板、吸塑仪表板和半硬泡软质仪表板。仪表板本体以注塑工艺制成的为硬塑仪表板,因其工艺简单、投资低等优势而被广泛应用,尤其是中低档车。其中有局部或全部涂装饰漆或软触漆,以改善外观、增加色调或提高质感。吸塑仪表板是在注塑或压制骨架外吸附并粘结或在注塑时复合表皮,使其外观有皮质感。半硬泡软质仪表板是在表皮和骨架之间填充有聚氨酯泡沫,既提高触感又增加吸收能量的能力。目前半硬泡软质仪表板的表皮主要有真空热成形表皮和搪塑表皮。前者是传统的仿真皮工艺制成;后者在近年因其花纹均匀、无内应力、设计宽容度高等特点被广泛应用,并得到客户高度认可,将成为中高档车主导。
随着我国汽车工业的发展和国民购买力的提高,预计在未来几年我国采用搪塑仪表板的轿车比例会越来越高,中档轿车使用搪塑仪表板的比例全提高到80%以上,部分中低档轿车也将会使用搪塑仪表板,所以我国的搪塑仪表板的市场发展潜力是巨大的,到2010年预计在150万套以上,市场容量将超过10亿元。

由于仪表板体积大,运输成本高,零部件供应厂商往往通过产权纽带与主机厂建立稳定的配套关系,配套针对性强,运输便利、能够保证质量。同时也提高了零部件企业产品开发的积极性。

3.5.1  GA1轿车仪表板主要特点
广汽江森内饰系统公司主要从事汽车内饰设计开发和制造工程。作为合资企业建立初期,目前主要是为广汽自主品牌项目提供汽车内饰产品。产品主要包括仪表板及付仪表板
仪表板、副仪表板作为内装饰产品给乘员以及驾驶者提供舒适的操作环境以及人机工程界面;为电子器件以及相关功能零件提供安装载体,满足刚度、强度等要求;同时在车辆碰撞过程中对乘员提供适当保护以最大限度减少乘员伤害程度。

产品造型设计主要由客户负责。江森自控运用丰富在国际上同其他主机厂共同开发内饰的丰富工程设计和制造经验和技术,负责内饰的工程设计开发以及相关验证。产品的设计开发目标是:在满足客户整车性能要求的同时,必须满足中国以及欧洲安全性法规要求,具体标准如下:

产品采用聚丙烯注塑本体骨架、PVC粉末搪塑表皮以及发泡技术,是目前国际上中、高级乘用车内饰设计开发的主要潮流趋势。该技术在确保表面纹理一致性的同时,提供了柔软的手感并在碰撞过程中对乘员提供一定保护。该产品采用了无缝气囊设计,运用表皮冷刀弱化技术,使得乘员安全气囊门在正常状态下是不可见的,在气囊起爆瞬间骨架、表皮以及泡沫断裂打开,满足气囊在30毫秒内完全展开的要求。此项技术也是目前乘用车内饰开发的主要趋势和方向。
产品开发过程采用江森自控的工程设计同步开发管理流程,造型设计、整车设计、内饰工程开发、制造以及零部件供应商将协同工作。在设计开发初期充分利用各方专长和技术优势,同步开发,缩短开发周期,控制产品成本。
2) The rapid development of plastic instrument panel products
The instrument panel is a very unique part in the automobile, which incorporates security, functionality, comfortableness and decorating into an integrated organic. Except the good rigidity and absorption, the requirements for the feeling, leather line, color and luster call for increasingly higher requirement.

The instrument panel can be divided into instrument panel without gasbags and instrument panel of gasbags according to the security (For co-pilot). Only a few high-grade automobiles equipped with the instrument panel of gasbags in our country at present. As more and more people have the conscious for emphasizing the security, the customer request to enlarge the instrument panel, and the host computer factory regarded this demand as a buying point as well. The gasbag may protect the passenger while opening as well as injuring the passengers, especially children. Therefore, some instrument panel gasbags of new style have already begun to install the extra switch in the world. For normally opening the gasbag, the upper position of gasbag is arranged with a gasbag plate, which may release gasbags while opening. But it has a visible wiring on the instrument panel, which may influence the appearance of completed auto. For this reason, more and more instrument panel is designed as the seamless instrument panel of gasbags in recent years, which may not only guarantee the normal operation of gasbags but also has no visible connecting wire.
The instrument panel can be divided into the hard instrument panel, suck plastic instrument panel and semi-rigid foam flexible instrument panel according to the comfortableness. The instrument panel mould applies the hard plastic instrument panel with plastic injection process. Due to the advantage of simple process and low investment, etc. especially middle-and-low grade auto, some area is painted with decorative coating or soft touching coating in order to improve the appearance and increase the tone or improve the tactile impression. With the development and improvement of the national purchasing power of the auto industry of our country, it is estimated that the proposition for adopting the slush-molding on the instrument panel of auto is going to be higher and higher in our country in the following several years. The proposition for adopting the slush-molding on the instrument panel of middle-grade auto shall rise to 80% or above. Some middle-and-low grade auto shall apply slush-molding instrument panel as well. Therefore the slush-molding instrument panel in our country has a great potentiality. It is estimated that it shall reach to 1,500,000 sets above by 2010, and the capacity of market will exceed 1 billion Yuan.

This product applies the polypropylene injection molding frame, PVC powder slush-molding surface and foaming technology, which is the main trend for the internal decorations of middle and high grade auto in the world at present.
